Any time you wish to make an exterior change to your home you will need to get approval from the Board of Directors prior to the start of your project. This includes, but is not limited to, fences, roof replacements, solar panels, and decks. Please reach out to the Association Manager, RJ Allen, at rjallen@hasolutions.net with your project details.

With offices in Corporate Woods and memberships in the Greater Kansas City metropolitan area Better Business Bureau, HAS is very familiar with the community in which you live and work.As a comprehensive management company, HAS handles invoicing and dues payments, bill payment, compliance concerns, amenity management & maintenance, and communications. Please contact the Association Manager, RJ Allen, at rjallen@hasolutions.net. He will notify the board and begin the compliance process.

chevron_rightMy neighbor is violating an Overland Park ordinance.
Please report issues beyond the purview of the Shannon Valley Homes Association (i.e. not in the restrictions) to the city of Overland Park through their OPCares Portal. Reportable issues include dogs barking incessantly, street parking, lawn maintenance, etc.Please note that items which require an immediate response should be reported directly to the Overland Park Police Department. This includes issues such as a dog bite or a violation of noise ordinance.
