The 2011 Shannon
Valley Annual Meeting is scheduled for November 10, 7:00 at the
Tomahawk Ridge Community Center. We will be electing the Board
for 2012 and setting the 2012 Dues. The new Trash policies
will be discussed and a representative from L&K, our
provider, will be present.

New SVHA Officers for
2012 were selected, John Hunt, Mike Driggs, Lori Kueker
and Troy Russell. An additional position on the Board is still
available. We need a volunteer.

Dues for 2012 were
set at $300. The dues are due by February 15 to avoid a late
fee. If you didn't get the dues notice make sure to inform
the Board as soon as possible to avoid any delinquency actions.

Park Planning Committee
The Park Planning Committee has been getting bids for the Tennis
Court replacement and will be discussing this and other progress
at the Annual Meeting. See the report presented to the
Board on the Long Term Planning Page.
